Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Commemoration Day

The presenter is Daniel Goldhagen, who has written extensively about the Shoah (Holocaust) and anti-Semitism.  Among his books are The Devil That Never Dies: The Rise and Threat of Global Antisemitism and Hitler’s Willing Executioners: Ordinary Germans and the Holocaust.  The latter is also the topic of Daniel’s presentation, which will take place at 8:00 pm in Kemper Chapel, which is in the lower level of the chapel building at 5 Chapel Avenue just off of Main Street.  You can learn more about Daniel at his website, www.goldhagen.com.  We will have a brief candle lighting ceremony prior to Daniel’s presentation.
